OUR GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY
- We guarantee all of the merchandise we sell. Service to you our customer is our utmost priority. We will do everything in our power to serve you for your satisfaction.
- If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, we will exchange it or credit your account within 30 days of purchase, less shipping costs (note exceptions below).
- You may return unused and unwashed items only in good, saleable condition for a full refund. After 30 days if the item is still unused, unwashed and in 'like new' condition, we will issue a store credit. If returned items are used or otherwise not in 'like new' condition, they will be sent back to you at a minimum cost of $5.95.
Exceptions: Previously worn or washed garments, books, opened videos, DVD’s, CD’s, beauty/spa products and special orders are non-returnable.

3) A detailed description of how you would like us to handle your return/exchange
All returned merchandise must be carefully packed and will be subject to charge if not in saleable condition.
We will send you an email to notify that your return and/or exchange has been processed and the proper account has been credited. On returns, you should expect the credit in your account 10-14 business days after we receive your return. |
